Advised and assisted the acquisition of the Indonesian subsidiary of water business technology (companies) owned by a prominent US-based chemicals and plastics manufacture and distribution company.
The project was undertaken by a team consisting of 2 Senior Lawyers, 1 Junior Lawyer, and 1 Senior Paralegal. The team managed to efficiently lend an instrumental role during the sale and purchase, ensuring an effective negotiation process preceding the transfer of employees into the acquirer’s company.
The transaction was a part of a global acquisition project done in a total of 37 countries.
