To gain valuable on-the-job training through B&A two-year Legal Apprenticeship Program, which comprise of both learning and on-the-job training activities in a dynamic working environment, we require our apprentices to have impressive academic achievement and certain quality, such as, fluency in oral and written English (knowledge of other foreign languages is desirable), proficiency in the use of computer (especially MS words), commitment to continuous learning, flexibility in adapting to changes, and good interpersonal and teamwork skills.

- You are easily satisfied person;
- You think you are smart enough to remember all key laws and regulations;
- You need to check "ultra vires" in your dictionary;
- You cannot distinguish "BKPM" and "BAPEPAM";
- You find reading and searching for information is boring;
- You think work after 5 pm is a violation of human rights;
